  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not:

  • You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
